For the Lofts at Green 360 we propose a building that literally grows out of the ground.  We use the same logic that trees do to create an exterior structural shell that supports the buildings.  The apartments become nests within this structure, giving the owners the feeling ofa safe haven, while creating beautiful views of the surrounding area. 

This new typology has multiple functions as it is used here at Green 360.  It works as the structural and formal anchor of the project. Giving it both a unique look and innovative design.  Our proposal aims to use advances in structural and architectural methods to create a dynamic living experience.
