Eres Dulcecolor explores the provocation of a synesthetic experience from multi-sensory stimulation triggered by the memory of color. The intention is to recreate the sweetness and color of the new, diverse, beautiful society from Puebla. The  installation reinterprets the traditional Mexican piñata from its production technique and the symbolism of its shape, which in turn are connected with the significance of it as a ritual.

The installation is also a reflection on the spatiality of the courtyards in Puebla, noting that there is an experiential continuum that essentially involves color as a light phenomenon capable of stimulating sensations that rewind memory in multiple spatial-temporary dimensions. Through the neon color, materiality and conceptualization are linked, by stating that “it is the society of Puebla that is the Dulcecolor (sweet-color) contained in the patio piñata”; this is how a spatial metaphor arises in which neon colors absorb the public’s energy and project it onto their luminescent surfaces.
