This proposal combines commercial programs with a public space at the center of a larger suburban development. The Town Center offered the opportunity to combine multiple programs in both section and plan, creating a project that is layered both horizontally and vertically.  This dynamic urban environment that can take you up above the surrounding areas and down into secluded spaces.

At the center of the proposal is a high-rise office building that has the ground plane rise and cover it in a way that makes it part of the urban public space but at the same time creates a central beacon for the project.  Around this are a series of commercial and public plazas, creating an inverted donut with the center occupied by this building and a series of complementary spaces around it. This reverses the traditional plaza with the open area surrounded by buildings.
