Amazing rooftop views, apartments for all incomes, community garden for local vegetables, and all this above a space designed to fit in anything from dance classes to pop-up stores.

The Pop-up Palace is inspired by Manhattan grid’s greatest attribute, its flexibility. While the grid itself is as rigid as can be, within its framework anything can happen. The same thing happens at the Pop-Up Palace. It is simply a mixed income apartment tower set above a space frame base, with a community garden and a rooftop bar.  This allows for a mixing of different people to gather for different reasons at the same place, creating urban serendipity.
