POC is a public provocation, set out in the open to be seen and used by the public.  It challenges work as something that is both communal and public, but at the same time individual and private.  It also lives between the specificity of place and the connectivity and detachment offered by technology.  Work models today need the density of the city, the displacement of globalism, and the individuality of the worker.   Points of Connection brings together these facets of architecture, work, and technology to try to find a space where they can come together.  It challenges current models as limited by existing spatial and economic factors that should be thrown out instead of tweaked.
