As the paths approach the river and the office blocks end, the bridge opens up completely to give unobstructed views of the river. This creates a singular moment when the oval becomes horizontal and the paths meet at the same elevation.

The main motifs of the oval and the patterned surface are repeated at different scales and throughout the site to bring together the various programs and spaces.
