A radio station and a cafe in a shipping container on an empty lot?  Yes, not only could it be done, not only should it be done, but with passion and belief.  The owner and founder of Lot Radio had vision and we only helped him achieve it.  The design is relatively simple, more practical and particular.  This kept the realization of the project within reach. 

Jumping through hoops to get approvals for something that seemed so simple was where the true art of this project was.  That could not have been by us alone.  Again the founder spent countless hours convincing officials to make this happen along with our team.  And through all that struggle came something bigger than it looks, not just a space, but a place.  A place where the community gathers.  A place that brings people together from all over the world.  A place that is understated, yet boldly broadcasts itself into the world.
