Nordhavnen exists between the land and the sea, between the past and the future. This gap is filled by a public space. The urban promenade fills the void, creating links between space and time. It is not the architecture that creates these links but the people. Their movements, their actions are what activate the site. 

This proposal seeks to create connections across the site without locking into a specific place and time. It aims to link between what was and what is, between the city and the sea. It empowers its users to define this space. Nordhavnen redefines itself through the possibilities provided by the people who will use it.
