When SuperTruck arrives its amazing cape opens up and saves everyone from a hot searing day.  And from inside emerge fun and exciting things to keep everyone happy and cool.  SuperTruck is more than meets the eye and saves the day every time.

This charette concept for a temporary installation on Governors Island began with the availability of a van from a friend of ours.  Starting with this, we thought about how we could transform the van into something more than just using its interior.  By extending the space through a canopy that unfurls from the van and attaches to the trees, our proposal can be deployed as needed.  The design maximizes the small budget further by using wood pallets for the table and hanging displays, hammocks, and swings from the canopy or trees.
