The development for Beach St looked at several possible program and zoning options.  We ran through several feasibility studies that provided the client the opportunity to assess how to best use the land. Multiple parameters informed the design.  These ranged from program, zoning, sun, to neighbors.  While no scripts were used to produce these studies, the effect is similar and probably more nuanced.  Understanding parameters simply allows for greater flexibility.
